Personal Experience

The focus of our legal work is on matters related to commercial and distribution law as well as International Contract Law. In addition, we give expert advice on legal issues in the field of vertical sales systems (franchises, sales representatives, and dealers), and act as the contact for companies and public clients for questions in areas of corporate responsibility, CSR, and anti-corruption.
